Nisum is hiring a Sr. Recruitment Operations Executive! If you have 3+ years in recruitment ops, solid Excel & ATS skills, and a knack for improving processes — this role is for you.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment operations & tech (Ceipal ATS)
* Track KPIs, analyze hiring data & generate Excel reports
* Partner with stakeholders to deliver quality hiring support
* Coach and develop a team of recruitment professionals
* Drive continuous process improvement initiatives
What you know:
* 3+ years in recruitment coordination or operations
* Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas — VBA is a bonus!)
* Hands-on ATS experience & solid MS Office / GSuite knowledge
* Detail-oriented, organized & thrives in a fast-paced environment
