Sr. Officer / Assistant Manager Quality Control (Stitch to Pack)
BSc in Textile Engineering (Garments Manufacturing) / MBA with 4-7 Years of experience in textile industry.
This position is responsible for implementing, controlling, and continuously improving Sewing Inline QC, End-Line QC, and Final Inspection processes to ensure quality products. It involves managing on-floor Inline and Final Inspection QC teams, applying quality tools, and analyzing performance data to achieve needle-point quality, reduce defect rates, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role operates strictly within process SOPs, company and customer standards, working protocols, product documents, and all relevant production guidelines.
