Sr. Officer / Assistant Manager Laundry (Garment Wet Process)
B.Sc. Textile Engineering / B.S Chemistry with 4-7 years of experience in Garment wet process.
This position is responsible for supporting the washing department in managing and controlling all dyeing-related operations to achieve required shades, quality standards, and production targets. The role includes planning, executing, and monitoring dyeing processes for both denim and non-denim articles, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with customer specifications. It also involves assisting in recipe optimization, shade matching, bulk reproducibility, and process improvement through close coordination with production, quality, chemical, and R&D teams.
