-BBA/MBA or a related field.
-2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll management, and statutory compliance (FMCG or QSR industry is a plus).
-In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, Insurance, PF, EOBI, SESSI, and PESSI regulations.
-Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (FlowHCM is a big plus)
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:ย
-Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
-Oversee employee Insurance, PF, clearances and full & final settlements in accordance with company policies.
-Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including EOBI, SESSI, and PESSI.
-Prepare, maintain, and submit mandatory compliance reports.
-Assist with recruitment processes.
-Generate and analyze payroll and HR data using advanced Excel functions to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
-Work closely with the HR team to address employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth HR operations and compliance.
-Provide training and guidance to new team members of system, SOPs and policies.
