Baroque, a leading retail fashion brand, is looking for an experienced and creative Sr. Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team.
Location: LDA Avenue, Raiwind Road, Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and development of seasonal collections in line with the brand vision.
* Create innovative concepts, mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings/tech packs.
* Research and stay updated on emerging fashion trends, fabrics, embellishments, and market insights.
* Collaborate closely with merchandising, production, and design teams to ensure smooth execution of collections.
* Supervise sampling processes and ensure high standards of quality and fit.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and support team development.
* Ensure timely completion of design projects while maintaining creativity and commercial viability.
Requirements:
* Degree in Fashion Design from PIFD or a recognized institute.
* 3–4 years of professional experience in the fashion industry, preferably in women's eastern wear.
* Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and successful collections.
* Excellent knowledge of fabrics, embellishments, embroidery, and garment construction.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a strong aesthetic sense.
