🎯 Your Mission (Responsibilities)

✔ Manage and review accounts payable processes, including invoices, vendor ledgers, payments, and reconciliations

✔ Review daily accounting entries to ensure accurate financial records

✔ Prepare bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations along with payable aging

✔ Support month-end and year-end closing activities (AP, accruals, prepaid expenses)

✔ Review general ledger for correct classification of transactions

✔ Assist in management reporting (expense analysis, cash flow, schedules)

✔ Support payroll processing and reconciliations

✔ Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial controls

✔ Assist in audits and maintain proper documentation

✔ Handle local taxation matters (withholding tax, sales tax, etc.)

✔ Collaborate with internal teams for smooth financial operations

✔ Identify and implement process improvements

✅ What We’re Looking For

⭐ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or ACCA

⭐ 3 years of relevant experience (preferably Accounts Payable)

⭐ Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting

⭐ Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting tools (QuickBooks Online preferred)

⭐ Understanding of local taxation and compliance

⭐ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

⭐ Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

⭐ Good communication skills

🔍 Experience with audits and financial reporting

🔍 Familiarity with process automation in accounting
