Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Social Media Marketing Expert (Female Preferred) with at least 2 years of experience, specializing in Facebook Ads and online store marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid social strategies, e-commerce funnels, and the ability to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions through data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage Facebook Ads campaigns to drive sales and leads for e-commerce platforms.
Analyze performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and optimize campaigns for maximum results.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and target audiences.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling ad visuals and copy.
Execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Monitor trends and competitor activities to refine and improve campaign strategies.
Track, report, and present campaign performance and actionable insights.
Manage pixel tracking, custom audiences, and retargeting strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
Proven success in managing and scaling e-commerce marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Facebook Blueprint certification (a plus).
Experience with email marketing tools and automation.
Understanding of Google Ads and cross-channel marketing strategies.
