We’re looking for a creative, strategic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence, create engaging content, and grow our community. Strong knowledge of social platforms, audience engagement, and digital marketing trends is essential.

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Social Media Strategy Development:

Develop and manage a social media strategy aligned with business goals. Identify target audiences and create content that resonates across platforms. Set clear objectives, track ROI, and refine strategies based on performance data.

✅ Content Creation and Management:

Create and manage high-quality content (text, images, video) that drives engagement and supports brand objectives.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all social media platforms.

Plan and execute a content calendar that includes regular posts, stories, and campaigns.

✅ Community Management:

Engage followers, manage messages, monitor brand mentions, and build influencer relationships to expand reach.

✅ Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Use insights to optimize content, boost engagement, and drive growth. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.

✅ Advertising and Campaigns:

Develop and manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and goals.

✅ Collaboration and Coordination:

Work with Content, PR, and Customer Service teams to ensure consistent messaging. Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to create engaging content.

🌟 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective audiences.

Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop original ideas. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions. Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with SEO, web traffic metrics, and online marketing concepts.

Experience with graphic design or video editing software is a plus.
