🎬 Skyray Ventures is Hiring: Short-Form Video Editor (Remote)
If you know how to make people stop scrolling in the first 3 seconds — this is for you. We’re looking for a Short-Form Video Editor who can turn long content into viral, high-retention clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
💼 What You’ll Do:
• Edit 2–4 short-form videos daily per client
• Create strong hooks that grab attention instantly
• Add captions, text, B-roll, zooms & sound effects
• Edit in viral styles (Hormozi-style, podcast clips, fast-paced formats)
• Use trending audio where relevant
• Deliver high-quality edits within 24 hours
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ year experience in short-form video editing
• Strong portfolio (Reels / TikTok / Shorts required)
• Skilled in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Deep understanding of viral content & hook psychology
• Ability to deliver same-day edits consistently
🔥 Bonus Points:
• Experience with clipping & “skull edit” style
• Cinematic, high-level editing skills
