PointofIT Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced 𝗦𝗘𝗢 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 to join our growing digital team. We are looking for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of improving search rankings, increasing organic traffic, and generating qualified leads through effective SEO strategies.

Location: Evacuee Trust Complex, F-5, Islamabad (Near Marriott Hotel)

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Working Days: Monday – Friday

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and lead generation.

• Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve SEO-related issues.

• Optimize website architecture, internal linking, indexing, crawling, and site performance.

• Manage on-page SEO including metadata optimization, content recommendations, schema markup, and page structure improvements.

• Execute and manage off-page SEO and white-hat link-building campaigns.

• Monitor website performance using SEO and analytics tools and provide actionable recommendations.

• Track keyword rankings, traffic trends, conversions, and other key performance indicators.

• Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and industry best practices.

• Prepare regular SEO performance reports and present insights to management.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience.

• Demonstrable history of delivering measurable SEO results.

• Proven success in improving organic rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.

• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Local SEO.

• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar SEO tools.

• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, website architecture, indexing, and crawling.

• Experience working with WordPress and content management systems.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and SEO-related technical concepts.

• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

• Ability to provide examples, case studies, or references demonstrating previous SEO achievements.
