The ideal candidate must have a 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 and possess 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭-𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐄𝐎 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬. Strong 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 will be considered a big plus.
