Position: Senior Zoho Developer

Role Description:

This is a full-time remote position aligned with the Eastern Time Zone (EST). Candidates based in Pakistan or Dubai are encouraged to apply. The selected candidate may occasionally be required to visit our offices in Islamabad, Pakistan or Al Barsha, Dubai.

As a Senior Zoho Developer, you will design, develop, and optimize solutions across the Zoho ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, integrate third-party systems, and automate complex business workflows. The role requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to solving business challenges through smart automation and seamless integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and customize Zoho applications including CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Projects, People, and Analytics.

Develop and maintain Deluge scripts, custom functions, and APIs for automation and business logic.

Implement Blueprints, CommandCenter flows, and advanced automation across Zoho apps.

Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms via REST APIs, Webhooks, and custom connectors.

Create custom modules, widgets, and extensions within Zoho CRM and Creator.

Optimize workflows, data structures, and performance across the Zoho suite.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Maintain version control, documentation, and deployment best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Stay current with Zoho’s product updates and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Zoho Developer or Zoho Solutions Engineer.

Deep understanding of the Zoho ecosystem including Creator, CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, and People.

Strong command of Deluge scripting, APIs, JSON, and integration logic.

Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or PHP for UI customization and API work.

Solid knowledge of database structures, relationships, and data migration.

Experience designing end-to-end workflows and process automation.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Experience in project management and process optimization is an advantage.

Deluge and API Integration Knowledge is must.
