Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to elevate the creative capabilities of our Pakistan office. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will help strengthen creative processes, enhance collaboration, and ensure exceptional quality across all deliverables.

You will be responsible for setting and maintaining high creative standards across Centric’s business lines, shaping workflows, and supporting the team in delivering world-class creative output. This role combines creative vision, process leadership, and hands-on execution, making a significant impact on both the team and the quality of work produced.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Quality & Execution

Contribute to maintaining high creative standards across all deliverables, including presentations, digital platforms, branding, marketing materials, and social media assets.

Review creative work and provide thoughtful feedback to ensure consistency, clarity, and strong visual communication.

Support the development and evolution of brand guidelines, design systems, and reusable templates across projects.

2. Team Collaboration

Collaborate with the Team Head and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative work aligned with project goals and brand standards.

Work alongside designers, developers, and content creators to bring creative ideas to life.

Encourage knowledge sharing, idea generation, and collaborative problem-solving within the creative process.

3. Creative Thinking & Problem Solving

Contribute to the development of creative concepts for campaigns, branding initiatives, and digital experiences.

Translate project briefs into clear and thoughtful creative approaches.

Identify opportunities to improve creative output and overall project quality.

4. Project & Stakeholder Collaboration

Participate in discussions with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project goals and expectations.

Present ideas and creative work clearly and confidently when required.

Work collaboratively to ensure projects move forward smoothly and meet agreed timelines.

5. Continuous Improvement

Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging creative practices.

Bring fresh perspectives and ideas that enhance the overall creative direction of projects.

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in creative roles, with at least 3 years leading a creative team of 8+ people

• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across branding, digital design, web/UI, social media, and marketing collateral

• Proven experience managing remote or distributed creative teams across geographies

• Hands-on proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation design tools

• Excellent English communication skills — able to present, write briefs, and articulate creative rationale clearly to international stakeholders

• Experience working in an agency or consultancy environment with multiple concurrent client projects

• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI-powered design and content tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, etc.)

• Understanding of SharePoint and enterprise branding requirements

• Exposure to Middle Eastern markets and cultural design sensibilities

• Motion graphics and video editing capabilities
