Kamsoft Technologies is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence with a strong mix of strategy, creativity, and execution. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in social media management, content planning, campaign execution, and a strong command of AI tools to improve content creation, research, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Develop and manage social media strategies across different platforms

• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns

• Lead content direction for static posts, carousels, reels, and other formats

• Use AI tools to support ideation, content planning, trend research, scripting, and optimization

• Monitor platform trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity

• Manage posting schedules and ensure timely publishing across platforms

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing

• Proven ability to lead social media campaigns from concept to execution

• Strong writing, communication, and creative direction skills

• Ability to work on multiple campaigns and priorities at the same time

𝐀𝐈 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using AI tools for content and workflow support, including:

• Content ideation and research

• Caption writing and script support

• Trend analysis and topic generation

• Content repurposing

• Strong eye for content quality and visual storytelling

• Understanding of short-form video content and reel structure
