Access Engineering Private Limited is expanding its Industrial Solutions & Process Engineering Division and is seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Sales Manager specializing in Industrial Refrigeration with core expertise in Ammonia (NH₃) Systems.
As a leading engineering and EPC solutions provider operating across Pakistan, UAE, KSA, East & West Africa, and Afghanistan, we deliver advanced turnkey industrial refrigeration, automation, and process cooling solutions for the Food & Beverage, Dairy, Pharmaceutical, and Chemical industries.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Drive B2B business development for industrial refrigeration & process cooling projects
• Develop technical and commercial proposals for NH₃, CO₂, and glycol-based systems
• Lead tendering activities aligned with ASME, ASHRAE, and ISO standards
• Build and manage strategic relationships with multinational industrial clients
• Promote advanced SCADA-integrated refrigeration and utility solutions
• Analyze market trends and sustainable refrigerant technologies
🔹 Candidate Profile:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Process Engineering
✔ MBA Marketing or equivalent commercial qualification preferred
✔ 5–8 years of industrial technical sales experience in refrigeration/process cooling
✔ Strong expertise in Ammonia (NH₃) systems, compressors, evaporative condensers & piping codes
✔ Excellent consultative sales, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
✔ Strong understanding of ROI, TCO analysis, and industrial automation integration
