ππ±π©ππ«π’ππ§ππ πππ―ππ₯: Senior (4β5+ Years)
If you have a strong background in Salesforce Testing and hands-on experience with AI/LLM quality evaluation using DeepEval, this role is for you!
πππ² πππ¬π©π¨π§π¬π’ππ’π₯π’ππ’ππ¬:
π Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for web, mobile, and AI-powered applications.
π Utilize DeepEval to evaluate LLM outputs (faithfulness, relevance, hallucination & toxicity).
π Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce modules and third-party apps.
π Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, roles, and custom objects.
π Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and ML engineers to refine QA strategies.
π Manage defects using tools like JIRA or GitHub Issues.
π Document test cases, test results, and provide comprehensive QA reports.
π Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to process improvements.
