-Build data-backed growth strategies
-Run A/B tests and fix weak funnels
-Audit accounts and push ROAS higher

3 to 5 years of performance marketing experience
Agency background or multi-brand exposure
Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, attribution tools
Proven results in scaling budgets and improving ROAS
