📍 Karachi | Hybrid | Full-Time
This isn't a "maintain the status quo" role.
We need someone who has personally led organizations through real, painful process transformations — not just signed off on frameworks from a distance. Someone who knows what it feels like to break down resistance, sit in the room with skeptics, and still deliver a certified, functioning QMS.
What you'll own:
✅ Full ISO certification lifecycle (gap analysis → audit → certification)
✅ CMMI appraisal readiness and level advancement
✅ Hands-on process design, root-cause analysis & corrective action
✅ Building a process-first culture across every team and function
What we're looking for:
→ 8+ years in process excellence, quality, or operational transformation
→ Hands-on ISO 9001 / 27001 / 20000 implementation experience
→ CMMI DEV or SVC experience (Level 5 preferred)
→ Real leadership — people who've managed teams through change, not just audits
→ ISO Lead Auditor / CMMI certified? Even better.
