ChildLife Foundation is hiring: Senior Manager / Manager Facility Management
Location: Karachi
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Facilities Management to lead our facilities team in delivering high-quality support services. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing budgets, and implementing strategic plans to enhance the workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement facilities management strategies to support organizational objectives
2. Manage facilities budgets, resources, and vendors to ensure efficient operations
3. Lead a team of facilities professionals, providing guidance and coaching
4. Oversee maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of facilities and equipment
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
6. Foster a culture of sustainability and environmental responsibility
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
2. Proven experience in facilities & Project management, preferably in a leadership role
3. Strong knowledge of facilities management principles, practices, and regulations
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
5. Strong expertise in HVAC & electrical systems.
6. Travelling across ChildLife units.
