Senior Manager - Institutional Sales and Business Development

Thal Engineering, a leading engineering and manufacturing organization, is looking for an experienced professional to lead Institutional Sales and Business Development initiatives within the Utility and Power Sector.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
โข Drive growth in the utility, power, and government sectors
โข Build and manage relationships with DISCOs, government entities, and key stakeholders
โข Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
โข Lead tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations
โข Manage key accounts and achieve sales targets
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
ย โข Bachelorโs degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (MBA preferred)
ย โข 8โ12 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, Technical Sales, or Key Account Management
ย โข Strong exposure to the Utility and Power Sector, including DISCOs and public-sector organizations
ย โข Proven experience in handling tenders, technical proposals, and large institutional accounts
ย โข Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
