🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end HR operations for retail outlets, head office, and field teams.

- Manage HR activities across multiple retail locations and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- Develop and execute workforce planning and manpower strategies based on business requirements.

- Lead high-volume recruitment for Outlet Managers, Sales Staff, Promoters, Cashiers, Customer Experience, and support functions.

- Partner with Retail Operations and Business Heads to address manpower requirements and improve workforce productivity.

- Manage onboarding, employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, performance management, and exits.

- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, attendance, leave, and workplace issues.

- Develop and monitor retail HR KPIs, attendance, turnover, absenteeism, and employee productivity.

- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies across all retail locations.

- Work closely with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs.

- Support performance appraisal, succession planning, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

- Conduct regular outlet visits to understand workforce challenges and ensure HR compliance.

- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for senior management.

- Identify HR process gaps and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

🔹 Requirements

- 15+ years of HR experience, with strong experience in the retail sector.

- Must have hands-on experience managing HR for multiple retail outlets/stores.

- Proven experience in retail recruitment and high-volume hiring.

- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.

- Experience working closely with Retail Operations and business leadership.

- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent understanding of retail workforce dynamics, shift-based employees, attendance, and employee turnover.

- Strong command of HRIS, MS Excel, and HR reporting/analytics.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location retail environment.
