Position: Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts, (Preferably Textile)
Location: SITE Area, Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for textile operations
2. Financial analysis and reporting for management decisions
3. Cash flow management and treasury functions
4. Risk management and internal controls
5. Leadership and development of finance team
6. Compliance with financial regulations and standards
7. Job order costing and cost accounting for textile products
8. Analyzing and optimizing production costs, yields, and variances
9. Implementing and maintaining cost accounting systems

*Ideal Candidate Profile*:
1. Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2. 8+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in textile industry
3. Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
4. Strong knowledge of textile industry dynamics and challenges
5. Experience with job order costing and cost accounting
6. Professional certification (CFA, ACCA, CA, etc.)
7. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
