Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited is looking for Senior Manager ADC Technical Services
Please note it's a full-time position based at Corporate Office - Gulberg Green, Islamabad.
Operations and Support:
• Lead, manage and direct the team to support Raast, IRIS Switch/Host, Call Center Solution and smooth services, taking operational responsibility for the team, including where day-to-day management is delegated.
• Take appropriate action to anticipate, investigate and resolve problems in systems and services.
Projects Implementation & Management:
• Responsible for ADC projects & related interfaces and its implementation.
• Communicate effectively acting as a key liaison with end users, vendors and other parties.
• Facilitate meetings/workshops with Business/IT stakeholders in relation to ADC.
• Ensure completion of assigned projects within stipulated timeframe.
• Design and implement solutions as per the best industry practices.
• Manage all types of Card/ATM/POS related POC/SIT/UAT for all enhancements and new systems.
• Provide technical support in projects involving Card Systems, Host Interfacing, ATM and related channels.
• Supervise and train IT team members that are involved in project implementation, in application & interfaces.
• Support less experienced engineers in the solution of difficult problems.
