We’re Hiring: Senior Laravel Developer

Full-Time — On-Site Only

Location: Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan

We’re looking for a Senior Laravel Developer (3+ years experience) to join our growing engineering team. If you love clean code, scalable architecture, and leading backend builds that power real-world applications, we’d love to meet you.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys mentoring juniors, improving systems, and contributing to team-wide technical decisions.

Core Requirements

Expert-level command of Laravel (including advanced features).

API Architecture & Development: Ability to design scalable REST APIs. Experience with API resources, validation, documentation & versioning.

Real-Time Systems: Experience with WebSockets, Laravel Echo, Pusher, or Socket.io.

Frontend Integration: Proven experience collaborating with React & React Native teams.

Caching & Performance Optimization: Hands-on experience with Redis, queues, Horizon & job workflows.

Additional Preferred Skills

Strong grip on Events, Listeners, Notifications, Scheduling.

Understanding of SOLID principles & clean coding practices.

Experience with database optimization, indexing & profiling queries.

Ability to lead code reviews, guide junior developers, and uplift the team.

Familiarity with Git workflows and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

Architect and maintain backend systems using Laravel.

Lead API design and optimize existing endpoints.

Implement caching, queues, real-time communication, and scalable features.

Collaborate with React/React Native developers for seamless integration.

Support junior developers through mentorship, guidance, and code reviews.

Contribute to team decisions, technical direction, and best practices.
