We Are Hiring — Senior HR Recruiter / HR Manager
Location: Islamabad (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Timings: 3 PM to 12 AM
Virtelligence is expanding its HR team! We’re looking for a Senior HR Recruiter / HR Manager who is passionate about end-to-end recruitment and driving talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for local and international roles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms
• Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Conduct onboarding & offboarding processes
• Prepare job descriptions, hiring reports, and recruitment plans
• Manage HR documentation, policies, and employee relations when required
• Collaborate with internal teams for workforce planning
• Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
