Job Title: Senior HR Manager (Operations & Compliance)

Direct Reporting to: CEO

Location: 33F-A Sarwar Rd, Cantt, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, review, and update company HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook in line with organizational objectives and labor laws.

Lead the implementation and enforcement of HR policies across all departments, ensuring consistency and compliance.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and HR best practices.

Handle employee disciplinary matters, investigations, warnings, and grievance procedures according to company policies.

Monitor policy adherence and recommend improvements to strengthen HR processes.

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, confirmations, employee documentation, and offboarding.

Coordinate and support performance management, probation evaluations, and employee development initiatives.

Advise department heads and management on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance matters.

Conduct HR audits to ensure accurate employee records and documentation.

Train employees and managers on company policies, workplace ethics, and HR procedures.

Prepare HR reports, maintain confidential records, and ensure proper documentation of all HR activities.

Update and share daily task sheets at day-end to ensure transparency and smooth workflow.

Experience:

7–8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with strong expertise in HR policies, compliance, employee relations, and policy implementation.

Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and organizational procedures.

Experience in handling disciplinary actions, compliance audits, and labor law-related matters.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

CHRP or other HR certifications will be considered an added advantage.
