Eplanet Global subsidiary, MediBillMD, is looking for an experienced 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗥 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 to drive HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development at our 𝗟𝗮𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, specifically focused on the Medical Billing domain.

🔹𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

👉𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Lead end-to-end recruitment, develop sustainable hiring pipelines, conduct TNA, plan employee referral programs, source candidates for hard-to-fill roles, conduct interviews and assessments, ensure positive candidate experience, and mentor the HR/recruiting team.

👉𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Design and implement training programs, professional development initiatives, and performance improvement strategies; support change management processes; recommend process improvements; and foster a positive, achievement-oriented work environment.

👉𝗛𝗥 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 & 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, advise management on employee engagement, retention, and discipline; maintain HR metrics and KPIs; implement HR policies and best practices; and liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.

👉𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Plan initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, conduct workshops and feedback sessions, and implement strategies to improve retention and workplace culture.

🔹𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

✅Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or relevant certifications in Talent Management/OD

✅𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴/𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 (𝗢𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗯)

✅3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴/𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆

✅Strong expertise in Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR operations, and employee engagement

✅Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
