Arthur Lawrence (a global management and technology consulting firm) is hiring a Senior HR Executive for its back office in Karachi.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
· 4 to 5 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment (BPO hiring experience preferred)
· Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, tools, and techniques
· Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
· Quick learner with the ability to adapt to dynamic requirements
· Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
· At least Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: P.E.C.H.S. Block-2, Tariq Road, Karachi
𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: 3pm till 12am PKT (5 days a week)
𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀: Pick and drop / fuel allowance, complementary dinner, paid leaves (sick, casual, and annual), Provident Fund, EOBI, OPD, Medical Insurance and Gym reimbursement.
