Arthur Lawrence (a global management and technology consulting firm) is hiring a Senior HR Executive for its back office in Karachi.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
· 4 to 5 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment (BPO hiring experience preferred)
· Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, tools, and techniques
· Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
· Quick learner with the ability to adapt to dynamic requirements
· Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
· At least Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
