Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Remote (Pakistan Only)

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Lead end-to-end architecture design for scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

• Define technical standards, best development practices, and long-term engineering strategies.

• Guide teams through complex architectural challenges, refactoring, and system improvements.

• Build reusable frameworks, tools, and components to support scalable growth.

Backend Engineering (Node.js)

• Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services, REST/GraphQL APIs, and microservices.

• Ensure high performance, reliability, and security across backend systems.

• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases, design data models, and optimize queries.

• Integrate internal and external services, third-party APIs, and cloud-based components.

Frontend Engineering (React.js & Next.js)

• Build modern, efficient, and accessible interfaces using React.js.

• Leverage Next.js capabilities including SSR, SSG, routing, and advanced performance optimization.

• Collaborate with UI/UX teams for pixel-perfect and user-friendly interfaces.

Team & Account Management

• Lead, mentor, and oversee engineering teams; conduct reviews and build technical capability.

• Manage client accounts, understand requirements, translate business needs into technical plans.

• Communicate project progress, address risks, and ensure alignment with client expectations.

• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, and Design teams to achieve smooth delivery cycles.

DevOps, Quality, & Production Support

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies.

• Ensure system monitoring, logging, and observability for production workloads.

• Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize system behavior, and ensure minimal downtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12–15 years of professional experience with strong full-stack engineering background.

• Architect-level understanding of system design, performance, scalability, and distributed systems.

• Expert in Node.js, React.js, Next.js, API design, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.

• Strong experience in databases (SQL & NoSQL), caching layers, and performance tuning.

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and client management skills.
