Position: Senior Executive - Mechanical Engineer

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Mechanical Engineer to support engineering, design, and maintenance activities across our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in mechanical systems, machine design, and 3D modeling, with hands-on experience in Autodesk AutoCAD and other engineering design software. The role requires a proactive individual capable of driving engineering improvements, equipment optimization, and innovative mechanical solutions.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

* Develop and prepare detailed 2D and 3D mechanical drawings, layouts, and engineering designs using AutoCAD and related software

* Design, modify, and improve mechanical components, machinery, and production equipment to enhance operational efficiency

* Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment

* Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies for engineering projects and process improvements

* Collaborate with production, maintenance, and project teams to identify and implement engineering solutions

* Prepare engineering documentation, technical specifications, BOMs, and project reports

* Ensure compliance with safety standards, engineering best practices, and company policies

* Analyze equipment performance and recommend modifications to improve reliability and productivity

* Coordinate with vendors and contractors for fabrication, procurement, and project execution activities

* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and process optimization

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

* Strong command of 3D drawing and mechanical design concepts

* Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, and other CAD software

* Sound knowledge of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and industrial equipment

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

* Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications

* Strong project coordination and execution capabilities

* Effective communication and teamwork skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, machine design, or manufacturing operations

* Experience in textile, packaging, manufacturing, or industrial environments will be preferred

* Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar 3D design software will be an added advantage
