Job Summary:

We are looking for a candidate who has good knowledge regarding DevOps Practices and is hands on with Linux, AWS, Jenkins, Dockers, SonarQube, Apache Maven, Gradle, Vagrant, Ansible, CI/ CD pipelines in AWS, Azure and Bitbucket. The candidate should have a background in development, operations, and full-stack implementations. S/he will be providing continuous delivery solutions in a cloud environment and have experience with the core suite of tools used to manage different cloud provider.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ongoing monitoring of the organization’s digital architecture, checking for performance and compliance.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

• Work collaboratively with software developers to streamline deployment and release processes.

• Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure system health and performance.

• Working to resolve issues and problems with systems and software, and to put in place measures to ensure these issues do not reoccur.

• Working with planning departments to get software and systems up and running in a timely manner and ensure long-term scalability for the business.

• Developing digital infrastructure and working on automated code to improve efficiency and reduce risk.

• Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring best practices for scalability, security, and cost efficiency.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Building platform environments to support auto-scaling for the business in the future.

• Liaising closely with both development and operational teams.

• Conducting analyses and feeding this data back to relevant teams to support their efforts.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineer or related field.

• Overall, 4 years of experience as a DevOps engineer.

• Involved in creating technology infrastructure, automation tools, and maintaining configuration management.

• Deals with tasks like management and development of continuous integration and deployment solutions across various projects.

• Experience with Linux (Ubuntu etc.), AWS, Azure.

• Strong skills of automation and DevOps tools is must (Jenkins, Dockers, SonarQube, Apache Maven, Gradle, Vagrant, Ansible)

• Extensive scripting knowledge in Bash and python or any other scripting language).
