About the Role

Zaryans Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Resource to join our growing team in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and modern AI technologies. Experience in Healthcare AI solutions will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world business solutions.

Build intelligent automation systems, chatbots, NLP applications, and predictive analytics models.

Work on computer vision, deep learning, and data-driven AI projects.

Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and production use.

Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams to deliver AI-powered products.

Research and implement the latest advancements in AI technologies.

Manage datasets, model training pipelines, and deployment workflows.

Ensure compliance, security, and ethical AI practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

4+ years of professional experience in AI / Machine Learning.

Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, etc.

Experience with NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, and automation tools.

Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to lead projects independently and mentor junior team members.

Preferred / Plus Point

Experience in Healthcare AI, EMR/EHR systems, medical imaging AI, healthcare automation, or patient engagement solutions.
