Senior Accounts Receivable Executive

Impetus Systems (FlowHCM) is on a lookout for 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲

As a Senior Accounts Receivable Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's receivables, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate records.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦:

 • Invoice Management: Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices to ensure timely payment. Verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

 • Collections: Monitor accounts receivable aging reports, and contact customers to follow up on overdue invoices.

 • Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes and address any billing or payment-related queries.

 • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, payments, and adjustments. Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and ensure data integrity.

 • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on receivables performance, aging, and collection activities. Provide insights and recommendations for improving cash flow.

 • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.

𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦:

 • Taxation Knowledge: Solid understanding of taxation principles

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Xero Software and Microsoft Office Suite(Excel, Word, Outlook).

 • Experience with SAS Based systems is a plus.

 • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

 • Attention to details: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial transactions and records.
