Xpert Digital is hiring a Scrum Master (1โ๐ ๐ฒ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐) to help drive Agile practices and support cross-functional teams in delivering digital transformation projects.
โ ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ๐ฌ:
โช๏ธ Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban)
โช๏ธ Experience in software or digital product delivery
โช๏ธ Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
โช๏ธ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
