🔧 About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled Sales Support Engineer to support our sales operations. You’ll play a key role in managing RFQs, coordinating with suppliers and customers, handling quotations, and ensuring smooth order and shipment processes.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Manage RFQs and prepare technical & commercial quotations

Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, specs, and lead times

Support sales team with proposals and client communication

Track orders and manage shipments end-to-end

Maintain accurate records in CRM & ERP systems

Provide technical support to clients

Assist in proposals, presentations, and documentation

✅ What We’re Looking For

Background in industrial automation, electronics, or related field (IIoT is a plus)

Experience with RFQs, quotations, and supplier coordination

Hands-on experience with CRM & ERP systems

Strong communication, organization & multitasking skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical field (preferred)
