Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Promotion Officer to drive the sales and adoption of our gynecological products. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), including gynecologists, obstetricians and general practitioners. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a deep understanding of the sensitive nature of women's health and a passion for promoting products that make a genuine impact.

Key Responsibilities:
•Field Promotion & Relationship Management:
oConduct regular field visits to gynecologists, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote our products.
oBuild and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with key healthcare professionals.
oOrganize and execute product presentations and detailing sessions for medical practitioners.
•Market Intelligence:
oGather and report valuable market feedback, including competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
oMonitor prescribing patterns and identify new opportunities for growth within the assigned territory.
•Sales Target Achievement:
oWork towards achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned product portfolio and territory.
oDevelop and implement effective territory management plans to maximize coverage and impact.
•Scientific Knowledge & Detailing:
oAcquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products, their benefits, usage, and clinical data.
oEffectively communicate complex product information and scientific data to HCPs in an understandable and compelling manner.
•Stakeholder Engagement:
oCollaborate with the marketing team to provide insights for developing effective promotional materials and campaigns.
oCoordinate with the supply chain and distribution teams to ensure product availability at key pharmacies and stockists.
•Compliance:
oEnsure all promotional activities strictly adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards governing pharmaceutical marketing.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
•Proven experience of 2-4 years as a Sales Promotion Officer / Medical Representative (women's health, gynecology, or pharmaceutical sector preferred).
•Existing network of relationships with gynecologists and pharmacists is a significant advantage.
•Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•High degree of professionalism, empathy, and sensitivity when discussing intimate health topics.
•Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
•Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
•Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
