We’re Hiring: Sales Executive / Closer (US Market)
📍 On-site | Islamabad | G-13/4
At Red Star Technologies, we’re building a powerful outbound sales engine and we’re looking for someone who knows how to turn conversations into contracts.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
➤ Run 2–5 high-intent sales calls daily
➤ Handle live call transfers from SDRs (hot leads 🔥)
➤ Execute a single-call close framework
➤ Present solutions like:
➤ Website Design & Development
➤ Local SEO & Google Optimization
➤ Google Ads & Social Media Marketing
➤ AI Phone Agents & Automation
➤ Do live screen demos + ROI-based selling
➤ Send proposals within 2 hours (speed = deals)
➤ Manage pipeline via CRM (ClickUp, HubSpot, etc.)
👥 Leadership Role
➤ Lead SDRs (Cold Callers)
➤ Review call recordings & performance
➤ Conduct daily standups
➤ Improve scripts, conversions, and lead quality
📌 Who We’re Looking For
➤ 2–4 years in B2B sales / closing roles
➤ Experience selling services to US/international clients
➤ Strong English communication & objection handling
➤ Confident discussing $1,500–$3,500 retainers
➤ CRM experience + ability to manage multiple deals
➤ Comfortable with 7PM – 4 AM (US shift)
📍 Location: On-site (Islamabad)
🕒 Shift: US Hours (Mon–Fri)
