Sales and Marketing Executive

Impetus Systems (FlowHCM) is hiring for 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 (𝗙𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲) for our head office in Karachi. 

Position: Sales and Marketing Executive (Female) 

Location: Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Package: 70,000 + Commission

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

- Bachelors degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

- Fresh to 6 months.

- Strong understanding of business practices, cultural sensitivities, and market dynamics.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in Urdu and English.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.

- Familiarity with CRM software.

- Adaptability and a willingness to embrace new challenges and market complexities.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

- Developing and Maintaining the prospect database.

- Coordinate with potential clients to develop relationships, discuss product details, and provide customer service.

- Market research and testing in new and growing markets.

- Lead generating campaigns via telephone and email.

- Demonstration meeting booking.

- Assisting the sales team to progress the sales cycle.

- Identifying potential clients within industries, businesses, or organizations that might have a need for products or services offered by the company.

- Presenting sales proposals to clients that include pricing information and terms of agreement, such as contract length and termination clauses

- Negotiating contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction, and ensuring that agreements are adhered to over time

- Identifying opportunities for client growth by offering additional products or services that complement existing offerings

- Producing reports to show productivity.

- E-mail marketing campaigns.
