BellMedEx is a leading US-based healthcare IT company providing end-to-end revenue cycle management (RCM) and healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for a Reporting Analyst (RCM) to join our dynamic team in Rawalpindi.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Develop, generate, and maintain reports related to RCM operations using different tools.
Analyze trends in billing, collections, denials, and AR to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with operations, billing, coding, and denial management teams to provide data-driven insights.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of scheduled and ad hoc reports.
Assist in performance dashboards and KPI monitoring for different departments.
Create presentations and visualizations to support management decision-making.
✅ Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an RCM environment preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
