Position:

Regional Manager Retail Fashion, Weaves Corporation, Lahore

 

Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified individual to join our Retail Fashion team in Lahore. This role is responsible for delivering regional business targets and ensuring store-level profitability through data-driven performance management.

 

Responsibilities:

- Drive regional sales targets through strong execution of commercial priorities and performance metrics

- Analyse store and category performance to identify gaps and improvement opportunities

- Monitor market trends and customer behaviour to generate actionable insights

- Ensure profit maximisation at store level by reviewing expenses and identifying optimisation opportunities

- Identify underperforming stores or categories and implement corrective actions with measurable impact

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies and retail operational standards across all stores

- Oversee execution of visual merchandising, customer experience and store readiness in coordination with relevant teams

- Resolve operational challenges to ensure stores remain fully functional

Support the Culture team in talent development and capability building

 

Experience and Education:

- 7-10 years of relevant experience in the fashion retail industry

- Bachelor’s degree
