Regional Finance Manager

The Smart School is Hiring – Regional Finance Manager

Location: Northern Regional Office, Islamabad

Education: Master’s Degree or professional accounting qualification

Experience : 4-5 years’ experience in budgeting & forecasting, funds management, vendor management, ERP implementation, Management Reporting and Dealing with financial institutions

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Regional Budget for the year with monthly breakup

Receivable Analysis in detail, follow up to Sales Department for recovery on weekly / monthly basis

Review Book keeping for all transactions of respective region

Funds Projection for the region, arrange funds from Head Office as per budget / approvals for smooth regional operations.

Preparation of regional presentations with Regional Head (Monthly / as per requirement of regional head)

Compilation and provision of information required with regard to legal cases

Monthly regional financial reporting, preparation of complete financial statements for the region

Detailed variance analysis with budget / forecasts / targets

NWA wise Strength Analysis, Additions / Deletions. Identify reasons with Sales Department for major variations.

Preparation of Feasibilities and liaison with other department regarding preparation of Business Plans

Company owned campuses financial management and reporting

Financial orientation of feasibility to NWA’s and trainings. ROI working and it’s follow up.

Ensure the record of NWA's of respective region are complete

Review Royalty Billing to NWA's of respective region

Royalty Receipts Acknowledgements

Review Monthly Payroll Process of Region

Review Withholding Tax of Region

Ensure NWA's Reconciliation – Outstanding Balances must be counter verified by NWA’s

PDC handling and reporting

Ensure all policies related to Warehouse and supplies are properly implemented and duly complied
