We’re Hiring: RCM Specialist – Psychiatry & Behavioral Health
Remote Opportunity | Candidates based in Islamabad & Lahore only
At PsychPlus, we’re on a mission to transform mental healthcare in the United States through a modern, digital-first approach to psychiatry and therapy. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced RCM Specialist to join our team remotely in Pakistan.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in U.S. Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management
• Strong expertise in Psychiatry & Behavioral Health billing
• Experience with AR follow-ups, denial management, payment posting & claims submission
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes, and payer-specific guidelines
• Familiarity with EMRs/billing platforms such as CMD or similar systems
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills
Key Psychiatry Codes:
90791, 90833, 90834, 90837, 99213, 99214
Location Requirement:
Candidates must be based in Islamabad or Lahore and have the required setup/equipment to work remotely.
