We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Specialist – BPO! 🚀
BusRoute is on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing team in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad.
If you’re passionate about sales, client acquisition, and ensuring top-notch service quality, this opportunity is for you!
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Monitor & evaluate inbound/outbound calls for quality and compliance
✅ Conduct mock calls and train new hires
✅ Prepare weekly schedules & performance reports
✅ Identify skill gaps and recommend coaching plans
✅ Collaborate with management for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction
📋 Requirements:
🔹 5–7 years of QA/Trainer experience in a BPO.
🔹 Strong understanding of call monitoring, communication standards &KPIs
🔹 Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills
