We at Lucky Motor Corporation are hiring "QA/QC Engineer" in Reliability, Engineering & Compliance department at our Plant in Port Qasim, Karachi.
Job responsibilities include:
1. Ensure safety protocols and safe work environment.
2. Look after and follow up of daily quality operations.
3. Study of change point at line side.
4. Ensure compliances of all operations SOPs.
5. Create, Update and maintain FMEA where needed.
6. Knowledge of inline quality check points and their compliances.
7. Calibration of testing equipment.
8. Develop SOPs related to system/operations where needed
9. RCA and CM/s follow up
10. Conduct daily audits of equipment and their preventive plans.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: BS/B.E in Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering
Experience: At least 2 to 3 years in automotive quality with OEM or vendor.
Skills: Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, hands-on with SAP-QM, QA/QC, testing and inspections.
