QA Intern

Job Title: QA Intern (Quality Assurance Intern)

Location: Remote (Pakistan)

Working Hours: 12 PM – 9 PM (Mon–Fri)

Job Overview

Phentech Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Intern to join our team. This is a paid remote internship designed for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in software testing, quality assurance processes, and real-world project environments.

Key Responsibilities

 • Assist in creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scenarios

 • Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications

 • Identify, report, and track bugs using tools like Trello

 • Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues

 • Conduct regression testing after bug fixes

 • Document test results and maintain QA reports

 • Participate in team meetings and contribute to product quality improvements

Requirements

 • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field

 • Basic understanding of software testing concepts

 • Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

 • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

 • Good communication and teamwork skills

 • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Nice to Have)

 • Familiarity with tools like Jira or Trello

 • Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman)

 • Understanding of automation testing
