🌐 Hiring: Project Manager – Business Development (Telecom)

 Remote (Pakistan) | 9 am–5 pm CST (8 pm–4 am PKT)

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager – Business Development for the Telecom industry who can drive strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and support commercial growth. The ideal candidate must be hands-on with modern AI tools for work flow automation to enhance efficiency, documentation, research, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

 • Plan, execute, and deliver telecom business development projects across commercial, technical, and operational teams

 • Define project scope, timelines, dependencies, KPIs, and deliverables.

 • Coordinate with internal departments (network, technology, marketing, finance, regulatory, digital)

 • Manage project risks, issues, and change requests

 • Prepare project trackers, dashboards, and weekly/monthly status updates.

Business Development Support

 • Identify new growth opportunities in telecom (B2B, B2C, digital services, enterprise solutions)

 • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies

 • Assist in proposal development, RFP responses, commercial modeling, and partner evaluations

 • Support the creation of pitch decks, business cases, and executive presentations

Use of AI Tools for Productivity

Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI-based PPT/document generators) to:

 • Create reports, presentations, and project documentation

 • Analyze large datasets and summarize insights

 • Automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows

 • Improve communication, meeting notes, and documentation accuracy

 • Conduct quick research, benchmarking, and data gathering

Stakeholder Collaboration

 • Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners/vendors

 • Facilitate project meetings, discussions, and decision-making sessions

 • Ensure alignment between business, technical, and commercial teams

Education

 • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecom, or a related field

Experience

 • 2–4 years of experience in business development or telecom project management

 • Experience working with cross-functional teams

 • Exposure to digital or telecom value-added services is a plus

Skills

 • Strong understanding of telecom products, services, and trends (B2B/B2C, enterprise, digital services, network basics)

 • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)

 • Hands-on experience using AI tools for documentation, research, planning, and productivity

 • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

 • Strong analytical and organizational abilities

Preferred Tools & Certifications

 • AI Tools: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI, AI-based analytics or automation tools

 • PM Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, Agile certifications (optional)
