Job Title: Production Manager Surgical Instruments Industry

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations in the surgical instruments industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and leading the production team towards achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and control production activities.
• Ensure compliance with international quality standards (ISO, CE, FDA).
• Manage workforce scheduling and workflow optimization.
• Coordinate with procurement and quality control departments.
• Maintain production reports and performance analysis.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Industrial Management or equivalent.
• 5,6 years of experience in the surgical instruments manufacturing sector.
