Role Overview

We are looking for a Fintech Product Manager based in Islamabad to lead product growth, strategy, and execution for digital financial solutions. The role focuses on developing wallet, payments, and money-movement products while working with engineering, operations, and compliance teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

Define product strategy, roadmap, and growth plans for fintech products

Drive end-to-end product development: requirements, user stories, sprint planning, and launch

Conduct market and customer research to identify insights and opportunities

Partner with engineering, design, operations, and legal to deliver compliant and scalable solutions

Track KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize for adoption, activation, retention, and revenue

Ensure risk and fraud considerations are embedded in product design

Communicate product updates and priorities with stakeholders

 

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 3–4 years of fintech experience (wallets, payments, money movement, financial services)

Proven growth and product strategy experience

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making

Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

 

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with regulatory and legal aspects of the digital payment’s ecosystem SECP

Experience with payment processors, PSPs, KYC/AML, or fraud controls
