We’re Hiring | Manager - Manufacturing

Ismail Global is looking for an experienced Manager Manufacturing to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across our water treatment, drinking water and Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) bottling lines.

The role will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, product quality, equipment reliability, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement while achieving agreed production, cost and safety targets.

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan, manage and oversee daily production activities

- Manage processes including water treatment, bottle blowing, labelling, filling, syrup preparation, carbonation and CIP operations

- Ensure compliance with AIBI, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 and other relevant standards

- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, Warehouse, Sales, Engineering and Maintenance teams

- Monitor equipment performance, production downtime, wastage, utilities and operational costs

- Manage manufacturing activities and reporting through the SAP Manufacturing/Production Planning module

- Lead and develop production, engineering and maintenance teams

- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline

- Minimum five years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably within bottled water, beverages, CSD or FMCG manufacturing

- Hands-on experience in water-treatment and beverage-manufacturing processes

- Strong knowledge of production, quality, maintenance and engineering operations

- Working knowledge of SAP Manufacturing/Production Planning

- Experience in team management, equipment reliability, production planning and continuous improvement
