Brainchild Communications Pakistan is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for a 6-week paid internship.
šLocation: Clifton Block 9, Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
- Help maintain and update recruitment databases.
- Support job postings across relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and HR processes
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelorās degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
